So helpful

I’m so glad I discovered this podcast! I have been/still am very much struggling with very low self esteem and body confidence. To the point where it is starting to destroy my life and relationships. Listening to these interviews and conversations is providing comfort in knowing I’m not alone in these feelings and offers hope that maybe there is a way for me to escape this place of self judgement and self loathing. Thank you, please keep on having these conversations and raising awareness of these issues, it is so vitally important! Hopefully one day I will be at peace with myself and also able to spread awareness and help people in the same situation. Keep up the amazing work ladies! Xx
