DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST IF…
… you want to be able to have a life. It is SO addictive. I’m actually grateful I only stumbled across it a month or so ago, because I’ve been able to binge it. It’s single handedly fuelling me getting into a fitness routine, because I literally only go walking to listen to this show. Jac and Amy are the American besties everyone wants to drink wine and talk books with. Simultaneously really smart and very funny. Would rate 10 stars if I could.
My fav!
I am obsessed! I did a trip through Europe listening to this podcast, and now every time I listen in I remember my trip. I never really cared for technique analysis but these girls changed my mind, I love listening in! Everything they say changes my whole view of the story and I can’t wait to go back and reread the whole series with their points in mind! Also their accents crack me up every time, as an Aussie listener, hearing them talk makes me have a lil giggle in my car on the way to work 💛
Book Club Energy
I tune in every week to listen to Amy and Jac’s analysis of of my favourite books. It feels like going to book club with your besties as they spiral between interpreting the writing in ways I had not considered in my own reading, and making some of the most hilarious, crude jokes at the character’s (and sometimes their own) expense. Contrary to their saying, they are surviving AND thriving.
