Love it!!!

I really enjoy Logan’s podcast - such great conversation. Hearing from real Australians, with everyday issues that I can identify with, sharing their stories and tips on becoming the best version of themselves. Practical info that we can implement into our lives. Love that it features a lot of rural Aussies 🇦🇺

Loved this podscast. I’m also very similar to Karen with fifo hubby 5 kids and studying and on a weightloss journey of my own. I know how hard it is to find the time for ‘you’ but you can make it work. Thank you for sharing your journey Karen x
