    What is your truth?

    It's not easy to tell ourselves the truth.

    There are expectations - what I should have done and fears surrounding the unknown.

    For today's episode, I have decided to share a recent Facebook Live I did talking about my truth and how I am currently discovering my full truth right now. It's about being able to live my life being fully happy, knowing exactly who I am.

    Happiness comes within us, not from the people or things around us, and it's how we chose to look at a circumstance that effects our happiness. It's about recognizing lies our brain comes up with and choosing not to stay in victim mode or in the drama.

    I challenge you to the 30 days of truth. Wake up every day and write down what your truth is for the day.

    We need to recognize there is a voice inside of us trying to protect us...and that is the ego. Ego is pretty much fear - it's an illusion that keeps telling us to play small. We don't want to play small in business, we need to play big to get big results.

    Higher self is the part of us that has trust and faith - we come from a place of souls and has no fear.

    32. Stop thinking of selling as selling.

    One of my clients recently told me how she hates selling.

    What if we think of selling as serving?

    Yes, we have the goal to make this person a client, but we want them to be our client so we can help them. The goal though it to is just to chat with them and get to know them and their business. It's about connecting with them and understanding where they're at and then the rest will come. When you adopt this mindset, it turns this interaction from selling to serving. You're figuring out what you can do to help them because it's never about you.

    It's the ripple effects that comes from serving, which helps more people achieve their goals because it's coming from a place of, "I'm genuinely here to see what I can do to help you."

    Help them reframe their disempowering beliefs with empowering stories.

    Think about it, most of the time we are giving away so much free value because we just want to help people.

    31. The biggest fears in business..why you shouldn't believe them.

    Isn't it interesting that no matter where you are in your business, most of us are going to have the same fears, and that's okay, because it's all about overcoming those fears.

    That is what this episode is all about.

    Rejection. People fear rejection. However, you cannot have a business without knowing that you are going to get rejected. You will get rejected - from clients, team members, partners, collaborations, etc. That is okay and you will go through waves of feeling rejected - even that feeling sometimes.

    Another common fear is people don't want to waste time. People want to be successful yesterday and, sometimes, they're not willing to spend time doing the wrong things to get to the right things and so they don't bother trying. What you have to understand here is that all the little things you do, what you learn from your mistakes, free value you are giving, will bring you results in the future.

    Business owners are scared they're going to do all this work and not make any money. Who cares??? Make sure to listen carefully because I tell you why you need to stop this limiting belief!!

    It's all about being committed to hard work, success and putting yourself out there. It doesn't matter if people are judging you, they're going to do it regardless, so you might as well be YOU.

    30. Letting go - reached momentum

    In this episode, I let you in on the truth about a popular Facebook Live I did recently... it's a reminder that what you see in the front of a business, isn't always what it actually is behind the scenes. It's important to remember that people who you think are super successful also have their moments when they feel like they want to give up or they have fears that hold them back.

    It's a reminder we all need to continue to work on our mindset to listen to our useful thoughts, which will encourage us to look at our best-case scenarios, not out worse case. If you want your business to survive you need to keep going because you are always going to come across another mountain that you're going to have to climb. If you're not willing to keep growing, keep taking risks then you're going to stay where you are and probably fall down eventually. It's okay to slow down sometimes and come up with goals for tomorrow, next week, next year, but then you have to keep going and keep working towards your dream. Never forget the reason why you're doing this.
