(Apologies for the sound quality, this was my first episode and my capstone project for my studies and I did not have appropriate equipment, room dampening, or the children away from the house – however, Sheila’s message was extraordinary information and I really felt compelled to share this is my first episode).
Sheila McBeath is an Author, teacher and healer, a bridge to help people regain or gain their personal connection with our creator.
In this discussion, we explore the emotional issues that fuel our physical symptoms and disease. Metaphysical health meanings are deeply explored on Sheila’s website.
Sheila ended up deaf as a little girl after an ear infection. In 1995 after a health crisis, Sheila started meditating and then met a woman Faye conducting energy treatments to the spinal cortex, after about 6 weeks of energy treatments and a lot of inner reflection, Sheila’s hearing was fully restored, and goes beyond a miracle – changing Sheila’s life forever.
Sheila declares “Our universe hears our thoughts”. As a child, Sheila felt rudderless until she began her spiritual education. We explore the emotional cause of dis-ease in this podcast, breaking down the word makes a lot more sense, as it indicates that somewhere there is an emotional trigger to the ailment, particularly if you have done ‘all the things’ and are not getting the shifts you have wanted in your health.
We talk about purpose and connection and the 5 components of health - Thoughts are ideas formed into language using words, images or symbols. Our thoughts produce our attitudes, our emotions are beliefs and desires and most especially our behaviors, our thoughts are the pilar that both creates and supports our attitudes, emotions, beliefs and desires. Attitudes arrive from thoughts and beliefs, and emotions arrive from our thoughts and attitudes, albeit at a lightning speed.
Thought is faster than the speed of light. Belief systems are stories we tell ourselves to justify our attitudes, desires and behaviors. Desires results from our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs.
Sheila believes the intelligence that created us, knows exactly what nutrients we personally need, how much we need of them, how much time we have to prepare our food, and what we can financially afford to buy.
If our thoughts are filled with guilt, shame or resentment, the best food in the world will not keep us healthy, how do we get to a point where we can hear such refined guidance, practice meditation as described on Sheila’s website.
We talk about being a custodian of our illnesses.
We talk about how anxiety, fear and worry, create a negative feedback loop.
The best information in the world though won't help those who won't help themselves. My website (www.ourspiritualnutrition.com) contains all that the universe teaches me about healing and gaining spiritual self-awareness. I
