Perfect Hair, the Big Ten is Beautiful & Sundays are for football..THIS IS THE SHOW..Ben Stevens (@BenScottStevens) joins the show

This week, the Consig made a call to the NYC, and a Big 10 California guy answered.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Ben Stevens (@BenScottStevens), an outstanding media personality and co host of The Morning After @SportsGrid , joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Big Ten Ben edition of the Cash Considerations Show.

Listen as Ben Scott Stevens tells the boys his story from growing up in Calabasas, CA to the move to the Big Apple with a stop in Omaha, Nebraska.  After a modest high school athletic career and a broadcast degree from Syracuse University, Ben embarked on a journey to the Midwest and learned about winter winds and Big Ten football, Nebraska style.  In two years, he became Big Ten Ben, embracing all sports but especially college football & basketball.  From there, the opportunity to make the move to New York City came, and Ben went to the NYC to be on the air at SportsGrid.  Appearing in various roles and shows, Stevens is now the co host of The Morning After M-F and In Game Live on Saturdays.  He may have mice running around at times, a little avocado stuff in his perfect head of hair, but Ben knows sports and has a few good stories to share.  A back up QB no more, B Double S stays for the full round with the boys.

Benjamin, aka the Calabasas Kid, stays to talk sports, and the Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche is first.  Ben is a Dodgers fan, but he likes the Braves to win the NL East.  CH agrees, but the PA boys, Neuby & Dave, stick with the Phils.  Dave threw out some NL & AL Wildcard odds, and everyone made their pitch.  There are no songs this week, but it leads to the first Layin or Takin segment of the season.

College football Week 1 is in the books, and the boys come out of the box with eight games for the rapid fire Layin or Takin College Football segment.  Nobody knows shit, and this is everyone's chance to hear the sides & spreads with a little Big 10 spice.  Get your pen and paper ready to fade or follow the plays, especially the consensus bangers.

NFL is HERE!  So is In the Gun with Neuby.  CH has the formula for the games, and Neuby calls the plays out.  There is no algorithm, no model, and no chance that you want to miss the back and forth for the NFL debate.  Life long Chiefs fan Ben Scott Stevens has plays, as do the boys.  Nobody knows what that voice is that Neuby uses to deliver the intro, but there are picks given and shots taken.  NFL talk, guns ablazin!

Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show.  But, instead of asking it, he put it in his pocket for next week because of time constraints.  The Corner will be back.

As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations.  CH saw a leaf that means football is here, Neuby said Sundays are for one thing only, Ben says the  Big Ten is beautiful and Dave has a one year reminder for everybody about family, friends and football.  One minute, always there when you call and always on time.

Pepperoni Rolls, a Neuby Peuby nickname & Ray Ray keeps feeding the Shooter..THIS IS THE SHOW..Brad Howe (BradHowe07) joins the show

This week, the Consig made a call to the Midwest, and a Iowa Mountaineer guy answered.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Brad Howe (@BradHowe07), an outstanding media personality and host of The Game Within the Game , joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Take Me Home edition of the Cash Considerations Show.

Listen as B Howe tells the boys his story from growing up in West Des Moines, Iowa to holding things down in Morgantown, West Virginia.  Post a decorated high school athletic career and a college run at Wartburg College, Brad embarked on a journey to the University of Connecticut to work in the athletic office.  Thanks to NBA great, Ray Allen, B Howe was kept alive for two years before moving onto Maryland.  Stepping in for a friend on an interview led to Brad moving to West Virginia University to be an assistant Athletic Director in Morgantown.  Over the next two decades, Brad got to see how things operate from behind the curtain in college sports.  The stories are fun and real, and Brad can talk.  The talking led to Brad's current role as the host of The Game Within the Game, co host of CityNet Statewide Sportsline & Three Guys before the game.  A real analytics guy, Brad knows numbers and how to find stuff nobody is looking at, including cheese in a pepperoni roll.  You can't guard him, but stay to listen to him shoot his shot.

B Howe stays to talk sports, and the Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche is first.  Brad was a second baseman, and him and CH turn a couple sweet double plays.  Dave keeps dealing with some wildcard odds and plays, and even Neuby had to ring up the Mets for their thumbs down gestures.  There are no songs this week, but it leads to the first Layin or Takin segment of the season.

College football is really back with Week 1 games, and the boys come out of the box with eight games for the kick off, rapid fire Layin or Takin College Football segment.  Nobody knows shit, and this is everyone's chance to fade or follow the games.  Get your pen and paper ready to fade or follow the plays.

NFL is on a bye week, but In the Gun with Neuby is here.  Who is going to win the AFC East & the NFC East?  Brad jumps right in with the boys to give his thoughts.  CH is now known as Mac the Knife, B Howe has his sights set on Buffalo, Dave says G Men are live, and Neuby says shooters shoot.  NFL talk, guns ablazin!

Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show.  What was your nickname & what were your favorite sports nicknames?  Initials always work, last names are good, but rapper Neuby Peuby got everybody.  CH had lasers and a papi, B Howe went a little famous & Dave had a list of family & friends that were all special.  An all timer for all you home slices in Carl's Corner this week.

As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations.  CH went for less filling beer, Neuby said all you had to do was shoot, B Howe says college football is not just for the big brands and Dave did a weekend story time from the Circa resort with a little magic trick.  One minute each and bet the over for laughs.

Shek's Mix, Pulling out all the snacks & Talking Smack..THIS IS THE SHOW..Dave Dameshek (@Dameshek) joins the show

Shek's Mix, Pulling out all the snacks & Talking Smack..THIS IS THE SHOW..Dave Dameshek (@Dameshek) joins the show

This week, the Consig made a call to the West Coast, and a Pittsburgh guy answered.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Dave Dameshek (@Dameshek), an outstanding media personality and podcast host on the Extra Points Network, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Yinzer guy edition of the Cash Considerations Show.

Listen as Dameshek tells the boys his story from growing up in Pittsburgh, PA to writing comedy in Hollywood.  Post a decorated high school athletic career and after school at that other Indiana, Dave's fate was changed by one goal by another Dave, specifically David Volek.  Onto to Chicago, Dameshek did his thing in sales until he figured that office life was not his thing.  In LA, Double D honed his craft writing comedy with the likes of Adam Corolla and Jimmy Kimmel.  Grinding for 20 years on the West Coast, Dameshek is now co hosting shows on the Extra Points Network, including Extra Points with Cousin Sal. A storyteller with Pittsburgh roots and the accent to prove it, Dave D is on his game, from the Pittsburgh escapades, the fruit breakdown and a little deep dive into the parking situation in the Burgh.  Apples and jagoffs aren't the only thing the two Pittsburgh guys agree on, but you don't want to miss any of it.

Dameshek stays to talk sports with the boys, and Dave called for THE SONG to lead things off.  Dameshek never heard THE SONG so that prompted a discussion about team songs.  Neuby went right back to 1979, and like we always say on THE SHOW, we talk about sports, gambling and family.  It's everything but the Stargell Stars, then a Fly Eagles Fly, and Carl can only think of one to describe the Red Sox right now, and it's not Dirty Water.

Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche comes next.  You don't have to be a big baseball nut to listen to these baseball thoughts as Dave asks CH and Dave D about the pennant races and who they are looking to bet down the stretch.  Popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jack are baseball snacks, and the guys go back and forth without a rain delay before getting to the main course.

Coming off a rousing debut last week, Neuby gets you "In the Gun" for the football talk.  Who is going to win the AFC South & the NFC West?  He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds?  Shooting from the hip, Dameshek fires away with a couple season win thoughts, CH looks for a way to work Brady in, and Dave says it's Titans to lose.  NFC West has everybody stymied but man, its a good conversation.  Football is back.

Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show.  What are your go to snacks when you watch sports?  The answers will make you hungry. Neuby went to an old standby, Dave went a little nuts, Dameshek broke down a big nut and introduced Shek's mix to the world while CH got his popcorn ready.  An all timer in Carl's Corner this week.

As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations.  Neuby pulls out the penny slots , CH thanked Donald Fehr via Big Papi, Dameshek buckles up and bings for a whole minute, and Dave said something about jagoffs, fights and milk crates.  One minute each and bet the over for laughs.

Bama, Barbecue & the Batchelor, really?? THIS IS THE SHOW..Casey C (@BamaMafiaPicks) joins the show for some football & fun

Bama, Barbecue & the Batchelor, really?? THIS IS THE SHOW..Casey C (@BamaMafiaPicks) joins the show for some football & fun

This week, the Consig made a call to the deep South, and a Bama boss answered.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Casey C (@BamaMafiaPicks), a noted Alabama Crimson Tide unapologist and leader of the Bama Mafia, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Vegas guys trip edition of the Cash Considerations Show.

Listen as Case tells the boys what him and his crew are doing in Las Vegas.  After a day of partying at Stadium Swim, Casey gave the boys his breakdown of what Alabama football is really like down in Tuscaloosa.  It ain't just barbecue and butt whippings down there, but @BamaMafiaPicks knows were the good spots are, both for food and road trip SEC games.  Casey listens to the show, knows it's an OVER show, and that NOBODY KNOWS SHIT, and shares it all with the boys.  If you aren't a Gator, you Gator bait and that damn Florida State chant will not be heard, but if you roll with the Tide, you will love this interview, no matter where you are from or which school you root for (unless it's Auburn).

With Bama gone back to the tables in Vegas, the boys got down to business.  The only thing to talk about NBA was the only real signing that mattered, at least to Neuby.  Cue up THE SONG, listen as Neuby and Dave dance while CH even started bobbing his head.  Buzzer Beater, swish and it's on to the diamond.

Baseball comes next and Dave actually remembered to say bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche.  Apparently, somebody cares about baseball so the boys give you a quick look at what is happening this week.  Dave started wearing a Yankees hat, Carl isn't happy about it, especially because the Red Sox can't beat them.  CH still can't find the package, and the Sox can't find a win out of that bullpen.  The Wild Card talk is quick and nobody really knows who is going to win it, but everyone knows it's not the Mets.  Neuby is sitting fastball, and he nails it with his take on the NL East. Phillies? Braves?   Dave always says "Nobody Knows Shit", but after this segment, there may be a new segment called "Neuby Knows Shit."

Speaking of new segments, Dave hands off the football talk to Neuby, and he goes "In the Gun".  Nobody watches the preseason so Neuby went straight to the regular season.  Who is going to win the NFC North & the AFC North?  He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds?  Finally, it's FOOTBALL talk.  Packers that easy?  The Browns, really? Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?

Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show.  Do you watch Hard Knocks?  CH wanted to know that and what reality TV is in your life?  The answers will surprise you.   Neuby went all in with the love, Dave & the Consig girls like masks and singing, and Carl still can't get enough of the Idol.  Things are always real in Carl's Corner.

As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations.  Neuby went fishing looking for Captain Ahab , CH finally found the package and had it specially hand delivered,  and Dave closed the book with a B and a story about a Bama mafia member named Carl that you have to be "in the family" to appreciate.
