Cathy is the founder of Cathy Carr Coaching and has been working in the health, fitness & wellness space since 1993 where she discovered the world of gyms and the physical fitness movement while working in Canada as a young woman.

Fast forward to living life being a personal trainer and discovering she was "fit sick" took Cathy to a whole new level of being in her body and what she had to let go of - mind body soul!



AH HA moments came when Cathy turned 50 and she explored the terrain of what it means to say NO, and to have all care but no fucks given as she dove in deep with both her mentor and being in women's circle to Heal the Mother Wound.

Her lifelong love of dance and movement has been a special catalyst channeling her passion for women's health into empowering, educating and supporting women as they navigate their way through the midlife years of peri-menopause and menopause.



Now living her dream in the hills on acreage with goats and husband, Cathy entwines her love of dance and physical fitness with so much more in her holistic practice to inspire, support, empower and guide women in midlife so they can create a strong, healthy & vibrant female body...now and for the rest of their life.Stepping into the magic of wise woman years inspired her to create this program "How to Get Your MOJO Back - for Women in Midlife"
