    Erik's History- Part 1

    Erik's History- Part 1

Ah, how the turns have tabled. In this episode, we swap role and this time, it's Erik in the hot seat as we delve into just how Erik became...well, Erik. And speaking of tables, we talk a lot about how dinner table conversation shaped little baby Erik into the Very Excellent Person he is today. (Also this is probably a good time to teaser trailer the fact that Erik's parents are going to be our guests this week on our Thursday episode!).

Parenting Neurodiversity with Dr. Kimberly Douglass

Parenting Neurodiversity with Dr. Kimberly Douglass

In this episode, Catie sits down to have a candid conversation about parenting with Dr. Kimberly Douglass, Owner and CEO of Remote Learning Solutions (and pretty awesome Neurodiverse tiktoker). Originally we planned for this episode to be about school, but we wound up talking about something far more important- how to support your Neurodiverse kid. We talk about advocacy in and out of the classroom and how parents can work with their kids' neurodivergency, not against it.

    Music

    Music

In this long-awaited episode, Catie and Erik start the (very, very raw and vulnerable) process of unpacking their ADHD-high-performing-burnt-out-gifted-and-talented-kid experiences with music, rehearsal and performance. They offer (a few) insights on how to effectively rehearse and manage with ADHD, but...honestly y'all, this one is just a lot of strong, important feelings and vulnerability about our experiences.

The best place to learn, laugh, and feel seen

After stumbling across Catie and Erik on TikTok, I knew that their podcast was going to be something just as special. These two amazing humans have created conversations and spaces that bring so much education and personal experiences with ADHD that have made me laugh and weep (sometimes at the same time!)

If you have ADHD (or suspect that you do) this is a MUST listen. Go! Do it now! You won’t regret it!
