Chaos Cleanup for More Life Driving for Your Success with Sheevaun Moran

Hey there, everybody. Sheevaun Moran Driving For Your Success and have you gone through your computer stuff lately? This is a weird topic, but I think it's really important because we tend to not look through notes that we take or our files or things that we put into a folder. We tend to put it away in a drawer and tend to forget about it. And the really interesting thing that happens with computers is the more data space we have, the more we can store. And I've had cause to go through a couple of our computers at our company and my own personal one and really look at what's stored in there. And the really fun thing that occurred was I've been looking for a specific kind of program to edit some audio that I have that I really wanted to get out there. And the one I'd been using for years just wasn't working the same way for me. And I found this cool little program just stored in my applications folder. And it did wonders, did magic solve the problem in moments? And I wouldn't have found that had I not been going through my files and my computer and cleaning stuff up and getting my computer to be more, you know, savvy and fast again. And while not everybody can do that, find a genius bar or find a geek that can help you out because those are useful, those are very useful things. And clean up your old files man. Clean up your old files, rename them. Throw away things that are not useful. Go through some of your, some of your photos on your phone. 'cause I know we all have millions of photos on our phones. 'cause A lot of stuff. I invariably take pictures on accident of my shoes. I'm carrying my phone and my shoe picture is taken and I've been making a joke about it over on Instagram lately. And so files include apps that you don't use anymore, get rid of them. Files include going and looking at your notes. This little project that I ended up on had me look through some of my notes and the, some of the masterminds I've been in, and I don't take detailed notes. I take high level notes. And I found this one tiny little note that is a treasure that actually will help solve something I'd been working on. So there's treasure in those places that you, that you aren't looking. There's treasure in your files, there's treasure in your notes, there's treasure in your computer and on your desktop. Cleaning that up is amazing. It's freedom. It makes your computer Faster and it makes you feel faster. And so where are you holding onto things that you haven't looked at for a while could be inside of you. That's what I find when I work with a lot of clients is there's stuff just debris of beliefs and patterns and programs and attitudes and, and ways of doing things that are just too rigid and stuck.
