2021 Australian of the Year, Grace Tame, has helped start a national discussion about child grooming and sexual assault. While it's a difficult discussion to have, it is an incredibly important one for parents.
In this episode, Anthea and Margie sit down with Associate Professor Anne Smith, a paediatrician at the RCH who has more than 30 years' experience dealing with child abuse. What is grooming and how does it start? What are the warning signs to look out for? And what can parents do if they suspect someone may be grooming their child?
