Today’s Ask Away is a good one, but first a little life recap! Raeann may have came back from her Mexico vacation paler than when she got there, but her relationship with Gabe has grown stronger. Raeann and Kristina share how they feel like they are glowing down, but apparently it’s a normal feeling in your early 30s so love that for us. Speaking of aging, Kristina got a 3D mirror image of her face and left with Botox recommendations and how to fix her tech neck. Also, Kristina drops that she is Taylor Swift’s muse?! One of her songs mentions an interview Kristina had with Travis Kelce and the Swifites are obsessed to say the least. Meanwhile, Raeann is fixated on the common theme that men never ask questions on dates and are just terrible conversationalists; the reason why is up for debate.

Raeann and Kristina also open up about how their families affected their body confidence, both the good and the bad. As we work through our past traumas, we learn to change our mindset and how we should talk to ourselves. This change in mindset was largely due to the body-positive movement in the media and seeing others embrace self-love at any size. Hype yourself up and fake it till you make it because you ARE hot!

We are thrilled to sit down with the inspiring plus-size content creator, Emma Arletta. She is the face behind the ‘Big Girls’ movement, is a prominent voice in the body confidence community, and is known to give great advice about dating as a plus-size woman. Emma delves into the dynamics of growing up with a thin mom and how her journey for self-love and confidence grew into what it is today.
