From facing her own struggles with anxiety and perfectionism, Nebraska Psychologist Dr. Hayden Finch has studied and researched a natural based approach to overcoming these issues. The consequence of the work she has done is the result of healing in many others through her psychology practice. As well as training in cognitive behavioural therapy, she has also trained a lot around exposure therapy and trauma based healing.
