In this episode I sit down and chat with the lovely Courtney Mooney, Founder and face behind The Slow Mo Co, a small business in Sydney that hand makes sustainable, eco luxe yoga props for people who want to slow down, connect and reset.
She is a self confessed 'bad yogi' who enjoys red wine and chocolate. Since discovering yin yoga, she is a much more patient and less sleep deprived mother and wife.
Her yoga bolster and noise cancelling headphones are getting her through Sydney's current lockdown as she balances homeschool for her two young kids and continues to grow her business.
