This is the show documenting the hard hitting truth about life as a street cop on patrol. What types of calls are worked during the week? What are the stresses and frustrations of being a police officer in this current climate? What are the rewarding parts of the job? How do I balance work, home, and play? Keith dives into these topics and gives a behind the scenes, or better yet, a behind the badge perspective of a Cop Life.
From The Frozen South?
In this month's episode, Keith gives an update on the strange frozen conditions that prevented the episode from being recorded last week. Also, Keith covers some news articles related to policing as well as calls he has worked since last month. It's a big milestone as he prepares to cross the 20yr mark in his career. There's a very serious PSA, and a parting shot about the term "Speak Your Truth".

While this is an American podcaster, his show delves behind the scenes of law enforcement giving a personal take on what the job is like and how it affects his life. So no doubt his experience’s will relate to our police in Australia. It is sooo good and thoroughly entertaining. Give it a go and you will be hooked.
I came across this podcast and binged on them listening to them all in a couple of weeks to and from work in the car. Incredibly down to earth guy who knows what’s important. Some great tips and suggestions for those in the job. Great listening and insight for those who aren’t. Hopefully Keith has a new podcast coming soon. Keep it up.
