Not So Fast
As more places in the world plan to “open up,” Catherine discusses some of the new evidence indicating longterm effects of COVID-19 on the human body and encourages us to stay vigilant until more is known and there are treatments. She also looks at the habit of living in a slower way and proposes that we can choose to live more at that pace even if the world goes back to a speedier mode. The weekly version of this channel will change to a more occasional schedule as information or thoughts about our predicament emerge. Catherine plans to begin online live interactive sessions later in May 2020. Please subscribe to this channel to be notified or join our mailing list at: www.catherineingram.com
The Rose and the Thorn
Catherine discusses a study about when viral shedding is at greatest transmission, recommends Jeff Gibbs’s and Michael Moore’s new film “Planet of the Humans,” which you can watch for free on YouTube. And she has a talk with her friend Michael Shaw about seeing both the rose and the thorn in the covid crisis. Recorded on April 21, 2020 in NSW, Australia.
The Earth Sighs
Catherine discusses a promising antibody treatment that may disintegrate the virus. She then recommends the Dark Horse Podcast, discusses controlled trials of Elderberry syrup as an immune booster, reports on California governor Gavin Newsom’s six-part plan for ending stay-at-home measures, and shares her emotions in watching the living world and its other creatures breathe a sigh of relief.
Catherine assesses coronavirus news about best materials for masks, gender disparities in covid morbidity, and a new trial in Detroit for hydroxychloroquine. She also discusses the ubiquitous phenomenon of strange dreams in the time of the coronavirus.
Catherine offers some of the past week’s coronavirus information regarding safety. She also notes how raw and close to the surface are our emotions in this crisis and offers encouragement and acceptance in dealing with those feelings.

Catherine's podcasts are a wise, clear and calming balm for these chaotic times. She takes me to a fiercely compassionate place for myself, other beings and our Earth. Thank you Catherine
This is an excellent series. Just listened to “pent up emotions” and Catherine was able to be in the stark truth of the situation we all face and yet, at the same time, I also felt very calmed in listening to her voice.
