Eve Rodsky Fair Play episode

I love these podcasts!

Informative and thought provoking definitely!
I just listened to ‘fierce self compassion’ which struck a chord within me. I think we often become so ingrained with our lifelong habits that we continue behaviors that don’t serve us but we continue them anyway.
Thank you for your podcasts and please keep them coming.

Life’s Journey

I’ve stumbled across the Crappy to Happy podcast and I’ve listened to S1E1 twice. The 2nd time to take notes. Absolutely brilliant. Looking forward to exploring all the episodes.
