A breath of fresh air
This podcast is a must listen for anyone who has struggled with depression, anxiety or an eating disorder, or really anyone who just wants to listen to two hilarious ladies keeping is way too real. Their honesty about their mental illnesses is a breath of fresh air in this world where everyone tries to present their most perfect selves to the world at all times.
