Informative & Enjoyable

Dave does a great job of providing information on current & relevant issues in the USA. As an Aussie I like to hear how different our legal system is. We do not have a Grand Jury or the Jury deciding the Sentencing or Death Penalty (which we haven't had since the 1960's). We are way more lenient with sentencing, many times to the detriment of the public with consistent re-offending. A Life Sentence in Australia is 25 years & that is rarely ever served. As an ex Detective of 14 years service I made the decision on what charges were to be brought, not a D.A or the Jury.
I especially love the Bonus segments and "Lawyers Behaving Badly". Thanks Dave
