In Dead Pilots Society, scripts that were developed by studios and networks but were never produced are given the table reads they deserve. Starring actors you know and love from television and film, a live audience, and a good time in which no one gets notes, no one is fired, and everyone laughs. Presented by Andrew Reich (Friends; Worst Week) Ben Blacker (The Writers Panel podcast; co-creator, Thrilling Adventure Hour), and Noah Findling (The New York Times, Comedy Central).

Netflix for your ears
This podcast is unbelievably good. Some pilots are better than others and sometimes they have less rehearsal and sound quality issues but even those podcasts are better than your average night spent in front of the box. This podcast is like listening to completely fresh new radio plays with fantastic actors. I particularly recommend ‘My Cousin Thor’ and ‘Tuned’.
All of these pilots need to be made
I mean, sometimes the quality isn’t great, but this is a well made, hilarious, and interesting podcast that lets you look into the world of pilots. Plus it’ll make you consider petitioning for the creation of a number of these pilots to actually get made.
