I am re-doing Elena Brower’s 10 day Yoga Course, Self Care for Women- Practice for Resilience & Grace on the Glo app.
And following this with Sarah Blondin’s 10 Day course on the Insight Timer app, Coming Home To Yourself.
I am also currently re-listening to her audiobook Heartminded, How to Hold Yourself and Others in Love, for the fourth time, it is honestly the most life changing book I have ever listened to.
I also love practicing this 22 min Soma breathwork followed by this beautiful playlist.
