Eating Disorder Recovery Talk with Megan Understanding Body Matters Podcast

    • Mental Health

On this week's episode we have an Eating Disorder Recovery Talk with recovery champion, Megan. Megan is a 34 year old mother of two and currently a pilates instructor and personal trainer who suffered from Orthorexia and body dysmorphia. She is an advocate for Health at Every Size in the fitness industry,  she loves working with all bodies and abilities and is starting a new venture of opening a gym that will be a body-positive facility.
In honour of National Eating Disorder Awareness week earlier this month, we are offering any individual who purchases a SupportWise program in the month of September the opportunity to receive a free E-book.
This E-book aims to help individuals who are supporting a loved one to recovery better understand how they are able to do so from home. We know that when supporting a loved one through their eating disorder recovery there can be constant double guessing your efforts.
This month we celebrate and honour all bodies, shapes and sizes and especially think about those struggling with an eating disorder. To learn more about how to help a loved one to recovery and purchase a SupportWise program click here: https://www.supportwise.com.au/
