Emma Isaacs | Don't work harder, just work better Jess Williamson - Business for Life

    • Entrepreneurship

I am so thrilled to introduce you to my incredible guest today, the Founder and CEO of Business Chicks, Emma Isaacs. If you don’t know her story, it’s certainly one that will inspire you to keep dreaming big.

As a university dropout, Emma started her first business at the age of 18 and at 24, she founded Business Chicks, which under her leadership grew to become Australia’s largest network for women. Emma has just launched her latest book, The New Hustle, and in this episode, we chat about some of the amazing wisdom she shares about work better, not harder.

Emma talks about the lessons she has learned over the past 18 months and the approach she took to pivot her offerings when the pandemic hit. She talks about the importance of introspection, interrogating why we do what we do and how she has relaxed into new ways of being and prioritising her mental health.

Emma shares the biggest strategic mistake she made, the learnings gained from this and her advice for how to not stay stuck when facing challenges.
