Welcome to the 'Becoming Liz Craven' Encore Episode...

This week and for the first time we had the pleasure of chatting with one of our close mates that we've known for over 12 years, Aiden Potts (@PostManPotts)...

During our conversation we explored a wide variety of topics, ranging between Aiden's experience being coached by the same team Liz is coached by, Reactive Training Systems (RTS) headed by World Champion Mike Tuchscherer all the way to actionable training advice for female athletes...

If you're not familiar with Aiden, you'll quickly pick up the love and passion he has for the sport of Powerlifting. A few interesting facts for you, he's currently an U85kg Powerlifting athlete who's lifted some huge numbers, a 255kg Squat, 131kg Bench Press and a 290kg Deadlift as well as representing Australia twice at international Powerlifting meets, once as a Junior and once as an Open, securing a silver and bronze medal in the process. He's also an online Powerlifting, Strength and Nutrition Coach...

If you haven't done so already, we'd highly recommend you listen to Liz Cravens story before you tune in to this episode...

So, that's enough from me, I'm going to pass this over to Kurt and he's going to introduce us into the becoming Liz Craven Encore Episode with Aiden potts.
