We have all kinds of questions covering where you can find the show, bike fit, doping with baking soda, meditation on the run or ride, FTP tests, other podcasts, hill repeats indoors, the best power meter and smart trainers, running with power and more!
Customer Reviews
Easy Listening
The day I die will be the day I STOP LEARNING. With that said I am always eager to source others who are far more experianced than myself in cycling, health & all that involves. I came about Coach Rob by default and am sure glad I did. I own and run a Spin Cycle Studio so have lots of types of members so I like hearing the different takes of subject matters relating to the aforementioned. Thanks Rob & Coach Kelly for the experiance and knowledge you share. All good stuff without the 'fuss'.
