This time, they focus on Sophie’s birthing experience and how it relates to metaphorical birthing experience that we are all having in these challenging times. Dan also gets vulnerable with his share of problems that almost took his sanity. Life is full of pains and there’s no going around that reality. The more you resist those pains, the more you are hurting yourself. Just like in birthing, you have to surrender to the pain to allow something new to come out in the world. Such a powerful message is just what we need at this time when everything seems to be going wrong in our lives.
