Today we are joined by ABN Group’s General Manager, Oscar Stanley; who shares with us the importance of building relationships, throughout your career; culture and the benefits of hiring for culture first, experience second; and how we must shift from an attitude of success being defined by how many people you manage, to being how good you are at your job. Oscar joined ABN Group as General Manager of Development following a decade acquiring and managing some of Victoria’s most well known and complex projects. Previously a Senior Development Manager at Stockland, Oscar oversaw Highlands, Australia’s best known and award winning masterplanned communities. Following Stockland, Oscar joined ID Land, where he was introduced to the private property sector. As Development Director, he managed six active projects from end-to-end across both greenfield and infill suburbs. Now settled with ABN Group, Oscar works across Homebuyers Centre, Boutique Homes and Resolve Finance. In this role as General Manager, he’s driven to deliver quality, affordable houses and townhouses to the market.
