To kick off season three Rachael shares a behind the scenes peep of her intense corporate career as an Executive Assistant supporting Chairs and CEOs.  A consistent high performer throughout her 27 year career as an assistant, appearances were deceptive. She was not thriving and nor were many of the leaders she worked closely with.
