I’ve just listened to episode two and it feels like it was designed just for me! I’m a high performing human and I’m really passionate about women’s health especially around the pregnancy journey. There’s not a lot of concrete, informed stuff out there to guide women through this phase, especially content which isn’t primarily focused on women getting their pre-bub bodies back. This episode is such an asset - highly recommend a listen.
