Megan has over 13 years’ experience in the property development industry, having started out working on large scale retail assets and then transitioning her skillset into leading teams within property focused creative communications agencies across apartment projects, master-planned communities, commercial/mixed-use precincts and now to focusing on the build-to-rent space within her key role at Local. A seasoned professional with over 8 years in the property industry across Contract Administration, Project and now Development Management; before joining Local 18 months ago, Cara previously contributed significantly to the Development Team's portfolio at Charter Hall, overseeing the delivery of key developments in Melbourne's CBD. Cara's diverse expertise and track record in the property sector define her as a dynamic and accomplished industry leader.
