And President Biden gave a speech in Texas and actually got to a point where he says, "What am I doing here?" Is that a symptom of his speech impediment too? Unlikely. A top Biden adviser says the administration will "start acting now" on reparations. And lastly, the White House wants to charge each reporter $170 for COVID-19 tests every time they enter the property, which could add up to $40,800 a year!
