This weeks episode very nearly didn’t happen as Kevin’s voice is virtually non-existent having attended a Britney-themed night out at the weekend and then having taught two spin classes back to back the next morning but being the professional he is, he soldiers on. They then speak to their friend Lauren Mahon (IG: @Iamlaurenmahon) otherwise known as GirlVsCancer and talk about her inspiring story of building a community of support and raising thousands of pounds for charity following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2016. They talk about her work on the BBC podcast You, Me and The Big C, discuss what exactly it means to be a boss babe, PJ’s addiction to trying to normalise everything and the weird half-voice Irish mams do when they don’t want everyone to hear them.
