In this episode, Shaun and I are joined by Emily “Lola” Tan.A fitness expert and entrepreneur of more than 15 years, her story and journey is truly one of facing and conquering adversity, time and time again.Over the years, Emily has endured and overcome racial discrimination, sexual abuse, her business folding in her early twenties, and the emotional anguish of two divorces – all before the age of 32.Then, in 2018 Emily was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
