I met Katri few years ago when we were acting together in TV series Kontio & Parmas, and I have auditioned for Helsinki Casting many times since then. This conversation is very unique and hugely interesting since it gives insight into how casting process works, and also how actors could be better in auditioning and booking roles.

Katri shares very honestly how casting business is, what kind of values she and Helsinki Casting have, and what kind of a leader she aspires to be. An excellent talk!
