Good comedic balance.
While Emily is not actually a horror fan, she’s an intelligent woman with a socially responsible take on the classics and the not-so classics. Her abrasive sense of humour is a good foil to Cam’s nerdy enthusiasm. The two bounce off of each other.
As a die hard horror fan, I enjoy this combined take on movies I have already seen, old gems from the past, and regularly get inspiration for new gems.
Not actually horror fans
The female host makes this podcast almost unlistenable. She know nothing about horror and makes fun of classic horror movies like Hellraiser because “it’s too 80’s”. Move along there are plenty of better horror podcasts made by actual fans. This one is a joke.
