Great

I’m a mid-thirties runner trying to get in to shape for another crack at a decent marathon time. Matty’s podcast covers all the bases for improving performance whilst avoiding injury, explained in an easily understandable way. In every episode I find something new to take away to my own training. Thanks for your hard work in putting the podcast out, it really is a game changer.

Great Podcast for any serious athlete

Hey Matty
I am in my sixties and love my cycling both road and mountain bike. Out most days rain, hail or shine.
This is a great podcast for any athlete, master or otherwise and I have gained a tremendous amount of value from it
Love the geeking out and the scientific stuff as well
