    About our Podcast Guest
    Paul Callaghan is an Aboriginal Man belonging to the land of the Worimi people, located on the coast of New South Wales just north of Newcastle.
    For many years he has held senior executive positions in Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal related service areas, but eventually his desire to focus on community and individual wellbeing, compelled him to start his own business.
    In addition to consultancy work at Callaghan Cultural Consultancy, Paul is a motivational speaker, dancer and an author.  
    In 2019 his manuscript of a novel titled Coincidence was shortlisted for the inaugural Daisy Utemorrah Award.
    The shortlisting inspired Paul to undertake a PhD in Creative Practice, for which he has written a second novel, titled Consequence.
    Paul's passion are driven by his belief in the power of story to create a better world.

Spa It Girl’s Podcast Should be the Top of Your List

If you haven’t discovered wellness expert Yvette LeBlowitz’s #spaitgirl podcast, you don’t know what you’re missing. Every episode leaves you in a better mindset than when you started listening. My most recent favourites include episodes 124 Happiness begins with gratitude and 137 with Briony Benjamin. But the episode for me which steals the show because guest Dr J Vijayalakshami delivers such a powerful suicide prevention and reason for being message is episode 84. You’ll end up with a huge list of your own favourite episodes, too. Thank you Yvette for this timeless podcast delivering such powerful messages to assure us we will get through and there is always room for joy.
