When you're having a bad day, listen to this

Some truly amazing stories of the power of humans to fight for their rights. When you're having a bad day, take 10-15 mins to listen to one of these podcasts and you will get a small glimpse into the life is someone who has really struggled and fought for their rights. Well done Mamamia - love this podcast

It’s important to hear the voices and stories of people’s lived experience, our society could do with more listening than handing out advice to others. Listening to these stories is helping me better understand my taken for granted privilege I have in my everyday life and begin to see what adversity still exist for people.
