Finding Joy through Grief The (re)Sourced Woman Podcast

    • Spirituality

In our culture, we are taught to avoid grief, compartmentalizing its presence and placing expectations for this space to look, feel and be a certain way. Grief is a skill to be learnt and if embraced it can be a powerful portal into joy.

In this episode, I explore grief and how we can support this emotion in our day to day. Sharing through my own initiation into grief and how this passageway became a powerful time of reclamation and self-exploration. Believing that grief is an untapped resource within, where deep healing and transformation can take place.
