Inspiring and educational
I didn’t think I’d like this podcast if I’m honest! I’m a larger woman and I just thought that three slim white women talking about fitness would annoy me! I listened when Pixie Turner was on as I adore her and her message and was blown away. I have been listening non-stop to old episodes and always learn something new. The variety of guests is amazing, and I love the way Zanna, Vic and Tally ask insightful questions as well as the ones we all want to know. I’ve already recommended this podcast to my sister as I think it will help her like it’s helped me.
