#10 From 47kg to seven times European Regionals Athlete with Laura Faulkner

#10 From 47kg to seven times European Regionals Athlete with Laura Faulkner

Today I speak with the lovely Laura Faulkner about her journey to become a seven-times CrossFit European Regionals Athlete. Starting her journey weighing just 47kg and taking years to gain the weight that allows her to hold her own on the competition floor has been as much a mental journey as it has been a physical one. Managing OCD and channelling how her brain works into focused training rather than getting caught up in her head is a lesson for us all in managing how we deal with our stuff. Laura is clear that her story, methods and message are unique to her and we must all find our own way - it has been a pleasure to watch her journey up until now and I feel like this is just the beginning for her.
