If you want a realiable nutrition podcast this is it...

I’ve listened to a few of the podcasts around and Rhiannon’s podcast trumps them all.
As an allied health professional I really valued a good evidence based podcast. She presents an unbiased well rounded conversation that is grounded in evidence. It’s so refreshing!!!!
