Easy to digest!

I love Rosie’s approach to nutrition! As someone who is always sucked in by fads but rarely sticks to any of them, she really breaks down the info you need and delivers it in a way everyone can understand so you can make an informed decision on all things dietary. She’s as no-nonsense as they come and that’s just what the (usually over complicated) nutrition industry needs!

Hi Rosie,
This morning I listened to your new Keto diet and intermittent fasting podcasts. They were so helpful, interesting and easy to understand. I love that the podcasts are short sharp and not too scientific. Thanks again for the great nutrition info as sometimes these topics can get confusing.
