Generation Y is the most anxious generation in history. With so many of us feeling constantly stressed, we believe that anxiety isn’t just a medical problem to be treated like a bacterial infection, but as a sign that something is deeply wrong with our society. ||| Part news, part analysis and part group counselling session to help our generation get out of bed in the morning. Generation Anxiety explores the social conditions that are making us stressed, and asks how can we work together to solve them.

Loved it, such a great podcast
Listen & share! Gratitude & Affirmation.
Cathartic and inspiring!
Excellent podcast, I'd recommend the first episode of season 2 as an introduction - a great discussion on how the struggles of so many marginalised people are all intertwined. I've heard so many lectures/podcasts on topics discussed in the episodes but generation anxiety still always brings a new perspective. Surprisingly refreshing listening considering many of us might think we've heard it all before. Thoroughly recommend!
