A Gluten Free Podcast
Episode 61
On today’s episode I explore how I’ve been working on my trust issues of living with coeliac disease. I have created a toolkit for the various aspects and scenarios of dealing with these trust issues. I’ll share what I’ve learnt in my two years of living with coeliac disease and what I continue to work on in my own gluten free journey in order to restore the trust I have in not only others around me but myself and my own body.

What I’ll cover:

* Trust issues with health professionals, the medical system and my strategy to deal with both

* How I approach dining out at a new restaurant, cafe or event and navigating  hypervigilance
* Communication when dining at a friend or family’s place
* Having a laugh about coeliac disease & the gluten free diet

* Trust issues with your own body & acceptance

* Trust issues with your own mind, trusting yourself and your body
