The $25 million in credit card charges and invoices that she sent to the firm for payment was used to hire her “glam squad,” talent professionals, and image consultants, and to allow her to project an image of obscene wealth by spending massive amounts of money.
Erika is being called a front-woman of a criminal enterprise.

Tom Girardi was ordered by a judge this month to undergo a mental competency evaluation.
It’s been reported the disgraced lawyer's health had been deteriorating for some time, and he was diagnosed with dementia by his own doctor back in 2020.
So the judge in LA has ordered an independent assessment of his health.

The disgraced lawyer husband of Real Housewives star Erika Jayne, has just been indicted for allegedly stealing $18million from clients, including the grieving families of victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.
Super lawyer Tom Girardi was today been indicted for wire fraud, twice in two different states, California and Illinois.
Joining him is his former CFO, Christopher Kaman, who has been previously arrested, and his son-in-law lawyer David Lira.
In Chicago, the former super lawyer was indicted on eight counts of wire fraud. In Los Angeles, it’s five counts of wirefraud.
The California case alleges a loss of $15million. In Illinois, it’s $3million in losses from the Lion Air Case.
Now to Tom's memory issues, which will be soon deliberated upon by the Supreme Court.
In mid-2020, Tom still had enough clarity to interview three guests on his podcast. The Tom Girardi podcast recordings show a different side of the man painted as an invalid.
