This episode is NOT to shame or guilt anyone … you guys know that social media and being on my phone is my job but after my retreat last year I realised I had NEVER unplugged before - and it was HARD, but since then cutting down the time I spend on my phone has been life-changing. 

So in this episode, I’m going to share with you the studies about WHY we’re addicted to our phones and the 7 things I did to cut my screen time in half.
