Game changer !

Thank you so much ! I’m down 18 kg now , I’m a 35 yr old mum of 3 my youngest being 1 1/2, Adam I listen to your episodes every dayI go for my run before the kids wake up I started at 82 kg and thought let’s see how this goes, and far out I can’t believe how great I look and more importantly I feel ! I try to put as many hacks of yours into each day / week but enjoy it ! Everyone I see asks me what I have done and all I say is listen to the health hacker and see how you go ! This is my lifestyle now ! I still enjoy my little treats every now and again but I have hacked how to ‘ have my cake and eat it too! love the lady shake and protein bars you guys have really nailed it ! Thank you ! Lisa R.

Is there a hack for speech?

Great podcast but it’s hard to take the host seriously with his speech impediment at times,
E.g. “wif” for with
“Feory” for theory
“Healf” for health
Who knew there were so many words with the “th” sound.

With respect, it’s very distracting.

Apart from that, great content!

Would be worth doing a segment on supplements (magnesium, zinc etc) brands that the health hackers recommend.
