How technology can bring the fun back into aged care Outcomes

Rebecca Pacey is the Chief People and Transformation Officer at Infinite Care. Infinite Care is a residential aged care provider with services across Australia. They are dedicated to providing a tailored and dignified experience for seniors.

Following an underwhelming and inadequate experience with residential care facilities in her personal life, Rebecca coincidentally found herself working in the sector. Once there, she committed herself to ensuring all residents and their families were given the highest standard of care, and all staff were engaged and invested in them.
