When we speak we must not make others responsible for our emotions. Therefore we don’t speak to others with a voice tone and body language that sounds and looks aggressive or insensitive to others. We don’t shame, blame or make others wrong when communicating, we only point out the behaviour that is causing an issue and then, with a non accusing voice, non violent voice tone we make our needs known, by expressing the behaviour, sharing the feelings we experience, the need we have and because it is necessarily and then make a request. All the time the voice tone, body language and gestures need to be helpful and not violent. In this recording you will hear me explain how to be mindful of this communication.
