She looks at how reaching out to a group for some help can get that focus back quicker. Set yourself some non negotiable goals. The most important of these is sleep! You need to really want it or you won’t focus on it properly. Make sure that you take regular breaks and time out. Write down your goal of what you want and why you want to achieve it.
